[Art theft] may feature screenshots, [...] scans from an art book [...], but in every case the 'seed image' is the legal property of another artist. In many cases these 'seed images' are manipulated, [...] blended with other images, and otherwise digitally worked over but none of this makes the use acceptable or allowed.
That's from DA's art theft policy. The Bleach images you are using aren't stock and weren't created by you so can't be used without permission. You don't have permission, so this image is still considered an infringement of copyright, just so you know DA is really crappy at enforcing these rules so I doubt they'll do anything, but I would advise you to edit the artist comments on your image manipulations and make it very clear that you only modified them. I realise it wasn't your intention, but a lot of people who saw this [link] in particular seemed to think that you drew it. Editing the artist comments would help to avoid confusion in the future Happy Holidays!
